You will manage discovery, court filings, deadlines, and deposition preparation, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and maintain organized case files while contributing to a collaborative team environment. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal handling personal injury litigation.
• Direct experience with written discovery, court filings, litigation deadlines, and deposition preparation.
• Strong drafting, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with legal case management software.

• Manage litigation tasks from filing through settlement or trial preparation.
• Draft petitions, discovery requests and responses, motions, and other litigation documents for attorney review.
• Track court deadlines and coordinate filings, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
