Brodie Law Group in Middle Georgia is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a collaborative team dedicated to advocating for injury victims. You will manage complex case workflows, coordinate with attorneys, and ensure meticulous case preparation from intake to settlement in an in-office role.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Filevine, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Ability to independently manage substantive responsibilities with sound judgment.
• Strong client communication and empathetic support during challenging times.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple active matters.

Responsibilities

• Medical Records Review: review medical records for completeness and accuracy.
• Demand Package Preparation: draft and review settlement demands with complete documentation.
• Insurance Adjuster Negotiations: negotiate settlements professionally with adjusters.
• Lien Negotiations: manage lien resolutions.
• Settlement Disbursements: assist in post-settlement disbursements.
• Medical Chronologies: prepare medical chronologies and analyze records.
• Case Management: oversee personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
• Medical Treatment Coordination: coordinate with providers and staff for documentation.
• Litigation Support & Deadlines: track deadlines and assist with hearings and trials.
