• 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience with strong drafting skills.
• Excellent calendaring, deadlines, and discovery management.
• Familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation timelines in PI matters.

Responsibilities

• Track statutes, deadlines, discovery deadlines, and court-ordered dates.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files.
• Monitor medical treatment progression and ensure case maturity before resolution.
• Handle liens and prepare pleadings, discovery, and related filings with minimal oversight.
• Assist with trial prep, including exhibits and deposition notices.
• Coordinate with opposing counsel, court staff, and medical providers.
