You will assist attorneys with case management, draft pleadings, and conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other tools. Strong organizational and client communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Proven paralegal experience supporting civil litigation or personal injury law cases
• Strong knowledge of procedural law, legal research methods, and case management practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
• Experience with legal administrative support tasks including document review, proofreading, transcription, filing, and data entry
• Familiarity with legal support software like iManage and PCLaw is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
