TopDog Law is seeking a Washington-based Personal Injury Attorney to join our fully remote firm. You will evaluate cases, file claims, gather evidence, and negotiate settlements to achieve full compensation for clients.

You’ll develop legal strategies, conduct research, and maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients while upholding ethical standards and state rules. Washington-focused practice with strong collaboration and speed.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Washington Bar.
• 5–10 years of Personal Injury law experience.
• Must be located in or near the State of Washington.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess merits of Personal Injury claims.
• Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, including filings and negotiations.
• Develop and implement legal strategies and conduct research.
