Job summary

Bank of America in Boston is seeking a Customer Service Associate who serves as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncovering personal banking needs and offering appropriate solutions. You will assist clients with self-service transactions, connect them to specialists, and maintain exceptional client care.

Role involves outbound calls, follow-up routines, and adherence to regulatory requirements; weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Able to engage all clients in-person or by phone.
  • Willingness to obtain a notary commission within a few months (in-state).
  • Able to work weekends and/or extended hours at multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions.
  • Educates clients on self-service transactions and tools.
  • Leverages resources to optimize client experience and ensure accuracy.
  • Follows processes, laws, and guidelines for opening accounts and servicing clients.
  • Manages client interactions and adheres to regulatory requirements.
