Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering needs and recommending products.
• Respond to inquiries with customized solutions and educate clients on offerings.
• Reference banking products (checking, savings, cards, loans) to fit client needs.
• Identify needs for licensed sales functions and refer to partners when appropriate.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records.
