Job summary

You will support self-service transactions and provide exceptional care while training across centers based on business needs.

The role requires a proactive approach, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to regulatory requirements. Weekend/hours flexibility may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
• Strong work ethic with results orientation and client-first mindset.
• Demonstrates ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Communicates clearly and confidently with clients in person and by phone.
• Ability to learn new information, adapt to technology platforms, and handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities
