Bank of America is seeking a Financial Center Client Associate in North Carolina to help clients uncover personal banking needs and connect them to solutions and specialists. You will support self-service transactions and provide outstanding client care, while proactively engaging clients through outbound calls and follow-up.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year of sales experience in a client-focused environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new information, adapt to technology platforms, and handle ambiguity.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
• Notary commission in the state or ability to obtain within a few months.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients and uncover personal banking needs.
• Offer appropriate solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Deepen client relationships through platform services and self-service usage.
• Support clients with self-service or transactional activities and provide exceptional care.
