Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a service-driven professional in the United States to uncover personal banking needs for individual and small business clients and connect them with the right solutions. You will balance service requests with in-branch transactions and proactive follow-ups to deepen relationships and drive client success.

Responsibilities include presenting banking products (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, loans, credit cards), referring complex needs to partners, and guiding clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic with results-driven mindset and client focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients in person and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products and solutions.
• Respond to inquiries with customized banking solutions and referrals to partners.
• Present and fulfill banking products including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, loans, and credit cards.
• Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and refer to Merrill, Lending, and Small Business teams.
• Quote rates and programs; manage risk in transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to offer consumer and small business solutions and navigation of life priorities.
• Educate clients on self-service options and drive operational excellence.
