Job summary

TruStone Financial Credit Union is hiring at our Coon Rapids branch for a full-time role focused on member service, deposits, and loan sales. You will build rapport, promote the credit union’s products, and help members achieve financial well-being.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience, with strong cash handling and customer service background. You’ll work weekdays with rotating Saturdays, in a supportive team environment that values education and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent work experience.
• Two years of cash handling or customer service experience.
• Experience recommending products and plans to improve a customer’s financial position (preferred).
• Experience underwriting loans (preferred).
• Expert knowledge of banking or credit union regulations (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and desire to help people.
• Ability to identify member opportunities, teach financial concepts, and communicate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with deposits, loans, and services, while promoting branch goals.
• Originate, underwrite, and close consumer and home equity loans per policies and regulations.
• Handle inquiries and transactions accurately and securely; maintain records and reports.
