Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or in active pursuit of with a specified end date).
• One year of experience interacting with the public or serving customers.
• One year of cash handling experience, preferred.
• Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), interpersonal skills, and active listening skills.
• Good decision-making skills and judgement.
• Ability to perform calculations and proficiency in basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members entering the branch, delivering friendly, helpful service.
• Meet branch goals for internal and external sales with existing and potential members.
• Cross-sell financial products and services to deepen member relationships.
• Accurately process routine inquiries, transactions, and service requests.
• Secure assets, balance transactions, and complete required reports.
