Qualifications

• Associates degree required; related experience or product knowledge may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience typical for this level.
• Notary Public in the applicable state required; background checks per CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet and drive revenue.
