Qualifications

• Leadership, supervision, or mentorship experiences required.
• Ability to travel as needed to training.
• Background checks as required by OCC.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a sales and service approach to building customer relationships by offering products and services according to customer needs.
• Develop new customer relationships by greeting customers in the branch, scheduling appointments with leads, and conducting outbound calling efforts.
• Perform teller functions when needed; maintain accurate balancing during transactions.
• Multitask quickly between transactions while maintaining service quality.
• Make sound decisions prioritizing risk management, profitability and customer satisfaction in each transaction.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct; uphold integrity and ethics.
• Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is required.
