SAIC is seeking a Senior Personnel Security (PERSEC) SME to support a dynamic, multi-year government program. You will ensure protection of personnel and assets, coordinate with agencies, and manage security documentation across a wide portfolio of projects.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI clearance with poly.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in personnel security or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform high accuracy data entry and maintain security records/databases.
• Communicate with Government agencies, contractors and team members.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in changing priorities.
• Process documents from Government agencies and contractors (NDAs, enrollment forms, etc.).
• Facilitate clearance process with Government agencies and contractors; provide updates.
• Conduct PERSEC security audits and ensure compliance.
• Provide PERSEC security training and awareness to personnel.
• Develop and implement PERSEC Security Plans and procedures.
• Monitor PERSEC incidents and investigations to identify improvements.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
