Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager to join our Exton, PA team. The role focuses on client engagement, budget management, scheduling, and coordinating design and construction activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will develop proposals, manage budgets, and lead subconsultants while maintaining strong client relationships and an organized CRM. The position requires a engineering degree and 10+ years in relevant sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical and/or food & beverage sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop presentations and proposals to secure new work and network opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and subconsultants establishing effective communication protocols.
• Visit client sites for pre-bid meetings, design reviews, construction progress reviews, and start-up support.
• Manage key accounts with customers and support growth of the business with new clients.
• Maintain and update CRM system with known opportunities.
• Prepare project execution plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in development of construction cost estimates.
• Lead and mentor project teams and coordinate design efforts with discipline leads.
• Monitor progress and adjust timelines, budgets, and resources as needed.
• Prepare project status reports, RFIs/submittals, and closeout packages.
