Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least five years of supervisory/management experience in energy.
• Experience with NEPA review process under BLM or FERC for linear projects.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal skills with safety as a priority; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Establishes consistent permitting processes and personnel accountabilities for FERC projects.
• Manages division of work, methods, and procedures for permitting functions.
• Leads and develops training for internal and external partners.
• Coordinates resources including contractors for permitting and construction compliance.
• Interacts with federal, state, and local officials on permitting and compliance.
• Supports incident investigations for project-related environmental incidents.
• Drives continuous improvement with KPIs across permitting and compliance.
