Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a Managing Consultant for Impact Assessment and Permitting in Cincinnati, OH. This role is pivotal in guiding permitting processes for renewable energy projects, ensuring regulatory compliance while facilitating clean energy infrastructure development.

You will contribute to significant projects while mentoring junior consultants and building client relationships. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in biology or ecology with 4–6 years of permitting experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of due diligence and permitting experience, 7–10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in wetland delineations and habitat assessments.
• Experience with federal, state, and local permitting in GA, NC, SC, and VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead permitting and biological field assessments for renewable energy projects.
• Prepare permitting documents and ensure quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
