Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions in the Greater Richmond, VA area seeks a Permit & Communications Lead to oversee permitting, regulatory engagement, and stakeholder relations for a multi-billion-dollar GMP manufacturing program. You will be the Client's primary interface with regulators and external partners within the PMC team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in permitting, stakeholder engagement, environmental compliance, or project management on major capital projects.
• Experience leading permitting and communications teams on GMP or large facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead permitting, regulatory engagement, and stakeholder strategies across all project phases.
• Serve as primary interface with regulators, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee permits, licenses, and environmental authorizations; manage governance, schedules, and reporting.
• Lead executive communications and regulatory submissions for the project.
