Responsibilities

• Providing customer support at the permit counter and over the phone.
• Reviewing permit applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Calculating and collecting permit fees.
• Processing and issuing building permits.
• Ensuring all conditions of approvals are met prior to issuance.
• Assisting the public with completing permit applications.
• Verifying all necessary project approvals are obtained.
• Notifying applicants when documents and/or permits are ready.
• Coordinating and routing documents for plan review and approval.
• Helping resolve resident inquiries and complaints.
