Job summary

VCA Code is seeking experienced, ICC Certified Permit Technicians to support a municipal Building & Safety department in Long Beach, CA. The role requires strong municipal permitting experience and the ability to adapt quickly to department procedures and systems, handling assignments promptly.

The position is onsite in Long Beach, CA, with 32–40 hours per week and tentative hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Flexibility is required to cover department needs, and a comprehensive benefits package is

We are looking for professionals with strong municipal permitting experience who can work effectively in a busy permit center, adapt quickly to department procedures and systems, and begin handling assignments within a short period.

Additional Requirements
