• Seven years progressive accounting/financial experience, with three years supervisory.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff supporting developer-related account establishment and billing.
• Guide Director on daily operations, financial information, and policies.
• Ensure financial, customer service, and business processes meet standards.
• Provide leadership, development, and training to staff.
• Interface with customers to resolve financial and process issues.
• Attend policy meetings and prepare status reports.
• Develop plans to improve business results and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Permit Operations.
