Job summary

DC Water is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Financial Reporting, responsible for overseeing financial statements for bond offerings and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a minimum of 7 years' experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience associated with GAAP/GASB accounting and financial reporting.
• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all accounting policy and procedures concerning financial statements.
• Prepares and reviews financial reports for compliance with regulations.
• Collaborates with auditors and oversees internal controls.
• Develops management estimates for financial statement representations.
