Responsibilities

• Lead perioperative services for one or more Banner hospitals, overseeing intraoperative, peri-anesthesia, pre-admission testing, and sterile processing.
• Drive operational and financial performance, optimize throughput, staffing, and cost management.
• Ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in partnership with clinical leaders.
• Oversee capital planning, equipment refresh, and adoption of new technologies.
• Lead service line and program growth and participate in strategic planning with hospital leadership.
• Oversee staff competency training and education across perioperative areas.
