Job summary

Banner Health's University Medical Center Tucson seeks a Clinical Services Manager to lead the Endoscopy team. You will supervise clinical operations, staff, and patients to ensure safe, high-quality care on a fast-paced unit.

You will lead scheduling, mentoring, and resource planning, partnering with physicians and leaders to drive process improvements while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Day shift, Mon-Fri 0700-1600, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in nursing or related health field.
• Known licensure as applicable to nursing practice.
• 1–2 years of clinical operations experience with patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical operations, staff and patients to ensure quality care.
• Coordinate staffing and resource allocation for Endoscopy services.
• Assist with budget development and ensure targets are met.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Drive process improvements and support change initiatives.
• Ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care with effective communication.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff and management to meet patient needs.
