Qualifications

• Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in nursing and five (5) years of RN experience with two (2) years in a leadership role.
• Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: Valid RN license.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: nursing standards, communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, leadership, project management.

Responsabilités

• Manages and directs operations and delivery of patient care within budgetary, staffing and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensures quality patient care and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Directs nursing and ancillary personnel through coaching, education, training and evaluation.
• Plans schedules and organizes work to ensure efficient utilization of personnel, space and facilities.
• Participates in budgeting, monitors compliance and contributes to quality improvement activities.
