  • Manages staffing, productivity and operational performance based on volume and metrics.
  • Oversees maintenance and use of transportation equipment.
  • Monitors reports and participates in budget planning and management.
  • Develops processes to improve efficiency, service quality, patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with departments to coordinate transport needs across the facility.
  • Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.
