Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care.
• Delivers patient-centered care respecting age, gender, disease, and culture.
• Partners with patients and families through bedside shifts and rounds; ensures timely updates and goal-focused plans.
• Documents care accurately and supports QA, performance improvement, and research utilization.
