Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Coordinates care through interdisciplinary collaboration with care teams and families.
• Delivers patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Maintains clear, timely documentation and adheres to safety standards and policy.
• Supports performance improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
