Qualifications

• Within the last ten years, at least three (3) years as the Test Lead or similar lead role on one or more qualifying software solution implementation projects.
• Within the last ten years, at least three (3) years of experience in agile or hybrid SDLC methodology or similar development methodology.
• Within the last ten years, at least three (3) years of experience as the Test Lead or similar lead role with automated testing on qualifying software solution implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading testing activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring on-schedule performance of all test planning, execution, and review activities.
• Ensuring that all system design, development, and testing activities comply with Contract requirements.
• Overseeing and monitoring the analysis, design, development, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, accessibility testing, load testing, performance testing, and validating production release.
• Overseeing regression test scripts development, execution, and updates; ensuring defect fixes are reflected in documentation.
• Coordinating security and penetration testing; collaborating with client team; proactively presenting resolution options.
