DHANU GLOBAL ENTERPRISES, INC. is seeking a Functional Testing Lead in Sacramento, CA for a 12+ month engagement. The role requires leadership in test planning, execution, and metrics across enterprise IT systems. Strong expertise in test management tools and cloud/SaaS testing is essential.

Minimum 7+ years in IT testing, with 4+ years in a test lead role and experience in API/batch/mainframe integration. Certification and master’s degree are desirable. This position is on-site in Sacramento.

• 4+ years as a test lead managing planning and execution.
• 4+ years creating test plans, cases, regression suites, and traceability.
• 4+ years defect lifecycle management: logging, triage, retest, closure.
• 3+ years using test management tools (ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira).
• 4+ years tracking and reporting test metrics: coverage, progress, leakage.
• 2+ years testing cloud/SaaS environments.
• 2+ years testing integrated systems (API, batch, mainframe).

Position Title: Functional Testing LeadLocation: Sacramento, CADuration: 12+ Months with possible extension

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems.
• Minimum four (4) years in a test lead role, managing test planning and execution.
• Minimum four (4) years developing testing artifacts, including test plans, test cases, regression suites, and traceability matrices.
• Minimum four (4) years managing defect lifecycle, including logging, triage, retesting, and closure.
• Minimum three (3) years using test management tools like ALM, and/or Azure DevOps, and/or Jira.
• Minimum four (4) years tracking and reporting testing metrics, including:
• Test coverage (%), Execution progress (%), Defect leakage (%)
• Minimum two (2) years testing cloud/SaaS systems.
• Minimum two (2) years testing integrated systems (API, batch, mainframe).

Desirable Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of cumulative experience supporting enterprise application environments.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience defining test entry/exit criteria and release readiness gates.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience enforcing requirements traceability (RTM) across test lifecycle.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience testing large scale enterprise benefits systems (eg: Unemployment Insurance or Disability Insurance) meeting defined large scale enterprise system criteria.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience supporting automation strategy and coordination.
• Possesses one or more of the below certifications:
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
• Certified Agile Tester
• Certified Tester Expert Level Test Management Strategic Test Management (CTEL-TM-SM)
• Possession of a Master’s degree in a Business Administration, IT or Engineering field.
