Capio Group, a California-based IT consulting firm, seeks an experienced Environment and Test Data Management Lead in Sacramento to orchestrate QA/QC across enterprise applications. You will coordinate testing environments, manage test data, and drive data masking, security, and UAT readiness in client engagements.

The role requires extensive leadership in test data management, collaboration with infrastructure and development, and strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing tools like

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electronic data processing systems study, design and programming within last 10 years.
• 4+ years in lead capacity in EDP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years supporting enterprise IT systems.
• 4+ years in a lead role managing test environments/test data across SDLC.
• 4+ years coordinating environment provisioning/configuration.
• 4+ years implementing test data management strategies including data subsetting/masking/refresh cycles.
• 4+ years monitoring environment availability and stability; defining/managing SLAs.
• 4+ years managing data dependencies across integrated systems.
• 4+ years managing environment incidents, rollback and recovery.
• 4+ years experience with databases and cloud platforms AWS/Azure.
• 4+ years integrating environment provisioning/test data management into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, provision, and manage non-production testing environments across the SDLC.
• Manage test data required to support testing activities across environments.
• Provide per cycle test summary reports, coverage dashboards, and defect metrics to the client.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and development teams to provision and maintain non-production testing environments.
• Monitor environment availability and stability for scheduled testing activities.
• Coordinate environment configuration updates and system deployments for testing cycles.
• Manage environment access requests and security controls for testing environments.
• Identify and resolve environment-related testing issues.
• Document environment configurations and dependencies for testing activities.
• Create, provision, and maintain test data across supported environments.
• Perform data masking/anonymization to protect sensitive information in testing; provide masking validation reports.
• Coordinate test data refresh cycles; generate synthetic data as needed for testing scenarios.
• Ensure test data management complies with client security/privacy policies.
• Define UAT data requirements and provide data readiness checklist for UAT.
