PTR Global invites a Senior Performance Testing Engineer to join our IT QA team in Richmond, VA. Hybrid work arrangement, 12-month contract, focused on planning, executing, and supporting performance testing across enterprise solutions.

The role requires 10+ years of testing experience, deep knowledge of LoadRunner/VuGen, ALM/Quality Center, LRE, BlazeMeter, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness.

Formación

• 10+ years of software or application testing with hands-on performance testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Develop performance test strategies, plans, workloads, and scripts.
• Execute load, stress, and endurance tests with enterprise tools.
• Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution with teams.
• Administer ALM/Quality Center and performance test environments.
• Document findings and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and improve testing standards and tools.
