CEI is seeking a Senior Performance Testing Engineer in Richmond, VA. The role is a long-term contract with an initial 12 months, hybrid work (onsite 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week).

The candidate will plan, coordinate, execute, and support performance testing for enterprise solutions and act as a senior technical resource for the Testing team. Key responsibilities include developing test strategies, executing varied test types, analyzing results, and mentoring team members.

Qualificações

• Experience with performance testing across enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of performance-testing protocols and tools.
• Ability to analyze results and communicate risks clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop performance test strategies, plans, scenarios, workloads, and scripts.
• Execute load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests.
• Analyze results and partner with teams to drive resolution.
• Administer and support ALM/QC and LRE Performance Center environments.
• Document results and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities across teams and production-readiness decisions.
