What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop, debug, execute, and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios using LoadRunner
2. Perform various types of performance testing, including load, stress, and scalability tests
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot performance-related issues across systems
4. Monitor backend systems and servers using APM tools and Splunk to identify performance bottlenecks
5. Analyze performance test results and create comprehensive performance test reports

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 5-9 years of IT experience focused on Performance Test Engineering, with recent experience using LoadRunner
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in LoadRunner script creation and troubleshooting (Web, True Client Web, and Web Services protocols)
3. Proficiency in writing custom code in LoadRunner using C or JavaScript
4. Extensive experience creating performance test scenarios in LoadRunner Enterprise
5. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices
