iXceed Solutions is seeking an experienced Performance Test Architect/Lead to design, develop and execute end-to-end performance testing strategies across enterprise applications, with a focus on OT environments such as SCADA, OMS, ADMS and GIS. The role involves hands-on testing, diagnostics and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead testing activities, manage vendors, analyze bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Hybrid working with two days onsite weekly.

Formación

• 12+ years of professional experience in performance testing/engineering.
• Hands-on end-to-end performance testing expertise.
• OT performance testing in SCADA/OMS/ADMS/GIS.
• Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics and Dynatrace.
• Strong workload analysis and performance troubleshooting.
• Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience leading testing across complex enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement end-to-end performance testing strategies and plans.
• Lead performance testing activities including requirements, scripting, execution and analysis.
• Conduct performance testing for OT systems (SCADA/OMS/ADMS/GIS).
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Utilise tools to identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Provide regular risk assessments and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain performance testing documentation and reports.
