Job summary

ADM seeks a Performance Testing Architect to drive the performance testing approach across the enterprise from Decatur, IL. You will define strategies, roadmaps, and a test framework for multiple application product teams, and ensure SUT meets SLAs while guiding staff and upgrading tools.

Responsibilities include bottleneck analysis, reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize performance and reliability. 40 hours weekly with standard benefits; telecommuting is permitted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Five years progressive experience in QA and performance testing.
• Experience developing test plans, strategies, and scripts.
• Experience with SAP and non-SAP automated scripting, using multiple tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing across the enterprise and define the roadmap.
• Maintain and upgrade performance tools and architecture.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose infrastructure changes.
• Define SLAs and ensure the System Under Test meets them.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.
