Job summary

Quantum Strides LLC is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience. You will design and implement performance testing frameworks for complex enterprise web apps, using Selenium, LoadRunner, and JMeter.

Experience with IBM MAS/MREF is a plus but not required. You will work closely with development, QA, and product teams to define performance criteria, monitor metrics with Grafana and PerfMon, and drive CI/CD integration through Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance testing experience.
Strong Java programming skills and test automation design experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain performance testing frameworks for load, stress, endurance, and spike tests.
Create performance test scripts for web apps focusing on multi-window interactions and dynamic elements.
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to define performance requirements and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization strategies.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to testing strategy improvements.
