Job summary

TrueAccord Corp. seeks a Sr. Performance Strategist, Collections, to own end-to-end diagnosis of performance shifts across our AI-driven recovery platform.

You will translate data findings into high-impact recommendations that optimize liquidation, engagement, and client outcomes. You will trace system mechanics beyond tables, build what-if models, and partner with Strategy, Data Science, and engineering teams to push initiatives into production while shaping client narratives and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics with funnel/lifecycle diagnosis or channel optimization.
• Ability to trace root causes deep into software systems and rule configurations.
• Experience using AI tools in analytical workflows and self-serve BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own performance diagnosis across clients, portfolios, and channels.
• Trace system mechanics beyond data tables into logic, configurations, and processing flows.
• Translate root-cause insights into actionable recommendations and productionize them.
• Lead revenue forecasting with what-if analyses, scenario modeling, and stress tests.
• Design and evaluate experiments with clear decision thresholds and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Client Managers to present defensible performance narratives.
