Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Performance & Resource, Senior Supervisor to lead district scheduling, performance metrics, and scorecards, serving as the bridge between planning and operations to drive efficiency and safety.

You will supervise both represented and non-represented employees, drive performance improvement initiatives, and manage workload three weeks ahead to optimize crew productivity while ensuring safety protocols are followed across the service territory.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of combined experience in design, analyzing metrics, construction, and/or scheduling for electric systems.
• Valid Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Drives performance improvement initiatives and provides consistent feedback.
• Manages district or grid performance metrics and monthly scorecards.
• Executes business objectives and plans while ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Supports work order coordination and scheduling several weeks ahead.
• Maintains performance tools to drive productivity, cost efficiency, and safety.
• Supervises yard management personnel handling materials and EH&S policies.
• Assigns work to crews and resolves operational issues quickly.
