Job summary

Southern California Edison seeks a Performance & Resource Senior Supervisor to lead district scheduling, performance metrics, and scorecards, acting as the bridge between planning and operations. The role oversees both represented and non-represented employees and drives business objectives with a focus on safety and incident-free operations.

As a senior supervisor, you will guide workload management, optimize crew productivity, and ensure adherence to schedules and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Four+ years supervising related to design, metrics, construction, maintenance or scheduling for electric systems.
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
• Experience in electrical construction, planning or coordination is preferred.
• Experience with IPSEC scheduling and related procedures is a plus.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and metrics data.

Responsibilities

• Drives performance improvement initiatives and delivers timely feedback to employees.
• Manages district or grid performance metrics and monthly scorecards.
• Executes business objectives and plans; enforces regulations and procedures.
• Supports work order coordination and long-range scheduling beyond three weeks.
• Maintains performance tools to drive productivity, cost efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Supervises yard management staff handling materials and EH&S policies.
