• Implement and monitor performance metrics, health indicators, and engineering scorecards.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines; establish quality gates.
• Architect and evolve scalable test automation platforms.
• Drive advanced QE practices: AI-assisted test generation, log analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Establish end-to-end observability performance standards (metrics, tracing, logging, validation).
• Lead automated test design and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive performance test strategies and plans.
• Evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies.
• Define and enforce quality gates and release criteria.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and drive preventative measures.
• Develop and maintain test data management strategies.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated reporting for test results and quality metrics.
• Perform manual tests and experiments, while maintaining test devices
