Job summary

BJC Medical Group is seeking a Senior Performance Measures Consultant to provide performance measurement and analytical support to clinical decision making. You will coordinate day-to-day operations of the quality team and produce actionable reports identifying opportunities for scalable interventions.

This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, education, and hands-on support with clinic teams, including training users on reporting tools and driving adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5-10 years of experience
• Master's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes provider quality performance data to identify trends and patterns in gaps of care; identifies and tracks the body of work that needs to be performed weekly to support quality reporting.
• Assists leaders and teams in establishing performance standards and metrics; identifies goals while ensuring partnerships exist with other areas of the business; develops, implements, or refines workflows or data collection and management methods to ensure accurate measurement and tracking of process and improvement results.
• Supports effective medical record capture for HEDIS and quality measure medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data.
• Maintains strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements that impact the organization (e.g., MACRA, MIPS, eCQM, etc.)
• Assists co-workers and management by providing guidance to the quality team; provides subject matter expertise for peers, assists with training of performance and customer service standards, and assists with process or technology issue escalation.
