BJC Medical Group, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a Senior Performance Measures Consultant to support clinical reporting, performance improvement, and operational initiatives across our clinics. You will be the go-to resource for internal reporting, helping leaders and staff understand data implications and where to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance measurement and analytical support for clinical decision making.
• Subject matter expertise in HEDIS and regulatory quality measures.
• Training and onboarding support for team members.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the quality team.
• Provide guidance and escalation support within the team.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes provider quality performance data to identify trends.
• Supports leaders in establishing performance standards and metrics.
• Assists with medical record capture for HEDIS and data abstraction.
• Maintains knowledge of MACRA, MIPS, eCQM requirements.
• Offers training and guidance to peers and staff; supports process improvements.
