Job summary

The Knot Worldwide is seeking a senior media leader to own paid strategy and execution for our Wedding Marketplaces. You will drive lead acquisition and growth by coordinating across Marketing, Creative, CRM, Data, and Engineering to optimize feeds, bidding, creative testing, and channel mix.

This is a fully remote, senior individual contributor role guiding strategic investments and performance. You will steward forecasting, measurement, and attribution models to inform decisions and deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing media with strategy, execution, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholders and drive growth through paid media.
• Experience with MMMs, attribution, lift studies and testing roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills and independent project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketplace media strategy and tactics to drive leads and conversions.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, CRM, Data, PMM, and MarTech teams.
• Own feed strategy for dynamic product ads across major platforms.
• Drive growth through creative strategy and rigorous testing.
• Develop forecast models and present investment scenarios.
• Plan testing roadmap for channel mix, targeting, bidding, and LPs.
• Collaborate on data, analytics, tracking, and marketing intelligence.
• Regularly report results to executives with actionable recommendations.
