Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager based in Australia. You will lead paid social campaigns, from audience research to creative development and media buying, driving seven-figure budgets and brand growth across 100+ German B2C brands.

You’ll collaborate with founders, optimize creative assets and campaign frameworks, stay ahead of trends, and enjoy remote work, flexible hours, and a compensation package in the €4,000–€6,000/month range

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, agency or consumer brand environment.
• Proven track record managing substantial ad spend.
• Strong understanding of paid social advertising and optimization.
• Ability to translate data into actionable creative/strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead creative process and scale paid social campaigns across brands.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content for paid and organic channels.
• Manage full-funnel marketing: research, angles, copywriting, media buying.
• Collaborate with founders to align marketing with growth objectives.
• Analyze KPIs and optimize performance and creative assets.
• Test and optimize messaging and campaign strategies.
• Help develop scalable processes and best practices in performance marketing.
• Stay updated on trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
