Linda Werner & Associates is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid acquisition across search, social, and programmatic channels. You will own strategy, execution, QA, budget optimization, experimentation, and reporting.

The role requires deep SEM expertise, strong analytics, and a hands-on mentality to drive measurable growth. Location: Remote or onsite for candidates near an office.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in performance marketing with SEM and paid search focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and SA360.
• Strong analytics, data-driven optimization, and QA mindset.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree required; marketing or data-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 and related SEM platforms.
• Develop keyword architectures, bidding frameworks, audience strategies, and budgets.
• Oversee paid social strategy across Meta, Reddit, X, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Manage campaign performance with CPA, ROAS, LTV to CAC and growth focus.
• Identify optimization opportunities across targeting, creatives, bidding, and pages.
• Serve as primary day-to-day partner for external agencies and ensure QA standards.
