David Kennedy Recruitment is assisting a fast-growing consumer AI company to hire a Senior Performance Marketer. You will own paid acquisition campaigns across mainstream consumer channels, managing significant monthly budgets and guiding creative testing.

The role is remote worldwide with international acquisition scope, offering exposure to a high-growth business and direct impact on CAC/ROAS metrics. Fluent English required and a strong B2C background is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on paid acquisition experience with direct campaign ownership.
• Experience managing large monthly media spend and analysing CAC/ROAS.
• Strong B2C acquisition background across consumer apps, subscriptions, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns.
• Directly control and allocate significant monthly budgets.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback performance.
• Own creative testing decisions and determine what to test, scale or stop.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across B2C channels.
• Scale campaigns across markets and platforms.
• Analyze subscriber funnel and cohort economics to inform decisions.
• Optimise web and subscription funnels to improve performance.
• Allocate budgets based on performance and priorities.
• Resolve acquisition challenges and comply with platform rules.
• Use attribution tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
