Qualifications

• 10+ years running paid media for high-ticket or luxury products.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager experience.
• Passion for digital marketing with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search campaigns across Google Ads and optimize bidding and keywords.
• Lead paid social efforts on Meta, YouTube and other channels with A/B testing.
• Generate leads at scale and collaborate with sales to close deals.
• Manage website/e-commerce strategy to support vehicle sales and online conversions.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and reporting to leadership.
• Implement retargeting and funnel strategies across the buyer journey.
• Provide weekly performance analysis and insights.
