Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, or an SRO license with 5 years, or an associate’s degree with 7 years, or a high school diploma with 9 years of related experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing.
• Preferred: experience in PI/OR programs, SRO license/certification, root cause qualifications, and background in engineering, maintenance, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement performance improvement programs and provide oversight.
• Review site performance data to identify adverse trends using CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX and performance indicators.
• Support CAP investigations and issue reviews (IR).
• Manage performance indicators.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to prepare MRM packages.
• Fulfill other duties per policy, including Emergency Response coverage.
